Kahlúa pork is indulgence with a dark, velvety soul.
Picture slow-cooked pork so tender it collapses at the touch of a fork, bathed in a glossy sauce infused with red burgundy, notes of salt, smoke and whispers of garlic, with a soft brown sugar-kissed sweetness. As it cooks, the alcohol melts away, leaving behind a rich, aromatic warmth that seeps into every fiber of the meat. The pork absorbs those flavors like a promise—savory, slightly sweet, faintly bitter in the most seductive way.
The edges caramelize into sticky perfection, while the inside stays impossibly juicy, infused with flavor. It’s bold without being loud, luxurious without being heavy. Each bite starts savory, blooms into a heaven-like richness, and finishes with a smooth, lingering warmth that makes you pause before the next forkful.
Kahlúa pork isn’t just a dish—it’s comfort food dressed in velvet. It tastes like late nights, slow conversations, and the kind of meal that makes people close their eyes when they chew.
I will be making eight of these tomorrow, for pickup kn the 31st (just in time for your New Years celebration!). They will be hot and ready to enjoy. Or you can refrigerate them for a later date. (Tho i highly recommend enjoying them as party of your festivities.).
$60 each roast. They will start out around 8-9 lbs. Pick up will be on Wednesday from noon-6 or so.
Preorders/payment will guarantee yours. I have limited space, so I’m only doing 10 of these this time.
