Raising the best grass possible to maintaining the health of the animals that will harvest the grass, giving them everything they need to live well and therefore produce well. Harvesting our animals and the wonderful foods they provide with their lives in mind and giving our customers all they need to make healthy choices. Farming as we do and being an integral part of the culinary world, we have always loved taking food straight from the farm and into the kitchen. Now with RCF catering we have the ability to share that passion with those in our community, from fine dining to back yard parties the only limit to the menu is what's in season.
