You only see the pretty part… but there’s always a whole story behind the setup. 😂🎈

Yesterday was one of THOSE days. Baseball games, stadium, loading the truck, setting up, driving back to the stadium, family time, groceries… and then my truck decided it was officially DONE for the day. 😭😂

I was 30 minutes away, with my 4-year-old and a truck full of food, panicking because it was time for takedown. Thankfully, my husband talked me through getting the truck started and we made it! 🙏🏼

I was late, but thankfully my client was incredibly understanding and kind. 🥹🫶🏼

And after ALL of that… we still created this beautiful Princess and the Frog-inspired Sweet 16 setup. 🐸👑✨

Because behind every beautiful event is a whole lot of work, problem-solving, family teamwork, and sometimes a little bit of panic. 😂

But when the final result looks like THIS…
worth it. Every. Single. Time. 🤎💚✨

Mommy’s little helper | Episode 9

60 looks GOOD! 🖤✨

Black, gold & silver came together for this elegant 60th birthday celebration! From the giant marquee numbers and shimmering backdrop to the layered organic balloon garland, every detail was designed to make this milestone birthday unforgettable. ✨

And yes… Mommy’s Little Helper was back at it! 🥰🎈

She gets to see firsthand that what looks like “just balloons” takes creativity, preparation, patience, hard work—and a whole lot of love. 🫶🏼

A Sweet Sixteen dream in the prettiest shades of pink, lavender & blue! 🩷💜🩵✨

From the personalized backdrop and organic balloon garland to the florals and every little detail, this setup was created to make Lailani’s celebration feel extra special.
