Candace Horne, veteran child care owner and operator of Candy Cane Learning Center, has been awarded the highest rating of a Three Star Quality Rating from Georgia’s Department of Early Learning. This daycare was the first 3 Star Rated Center in the South Georgia E3Z Zone. Candace is a leader in the community. She has a wonderful learning center for children and is a great role model. She is a beautiful wife and mother, and leads with style and grace.
