Holy Smokes BBQ Family owned BBQ catering company that also has a food truck. All for the love of food!

For over 20 years Dave had the opportunity to feed hundreds, really thousands of people through his neighborhood church by cooking for different groups, fundraisers, banquets and events. Doing parties and weddings for friends and church family became a side business that eventually grew to a full catering company alongside a food truck. Now Dave is retired from construction and focusing on doing what he loves doing best...making BBQ.

Come get a picture with Santa! Santa's coming to Pollyanna Brewing Roselare on Sunday, December 15, from 1:00-5:00pm! Decorate a free ornament, and Holy Smokes BBQ will serve amazing food from 12:00 – 4:00pm.
We'll also be collecting food donations for Northern Illinois Food Bank.
