Thumbs up for Friday! 👍🏼

Lots of fish dinners going out tonight, thank you, thank you!

We've been a little slow on cooler postings but that will be changing very soon as we are getting busy with catering so we will have much more to offer!

Currently we have Baked Chicken halves in the cooler, $12 for 2! We also have one packaged singally, $6!

We have some Mac and potato salad, buffalo wing dip and spinach and artichoke dips and one lonely order of prosciutto stuffed peppers!
We added some new drinks that we recently tried at a food show as well!

We're here today until 6 so stop on in or I can easily add to a drive through dinner order!

What's all the buzz about?! 🐝✨

Yesterday we hosted All Pest for their annual kick off training and lunch!

It's that time of year for the pesty critters to come out! Make sure to give them a call if you need a little extra help! They are super knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. 🐜🦟🪲🪳

Last year we had a pretty big bees nest that was overtaking our old tree stump. They took care of it super quickly for us!!

We're lucky to have them in our area, thank you Tammy, Danielle, and team for always supporting us!

As a side note, if you're looking for a private space during the day to host a training or meeting paired with some good food, we can host up to 20 people! ♥️✨

Our catering calendar is picking up so this may be the last one for a bit!

Three years ago we closed on our property on Minkler Road!

It's been a wild ride so far! As many of you know, 2024 gave us some scares and unexpected challenges. We had our busiest year yet and we're beyond grateful that our sales continue to trend upward. With the volatility of the event industry and all time inflation highs, it certainly has not been easy.

In fact, if I'm being honest, for me the past year ebbed and flowed from highs to lows trying to juggle it all. Last year I said I was going to try to find a better balance, well that's still very much a work in progress.

We try our best to have a positive outlook and spread light, but here's the truth: sometimes things get a little heavy. We're far from perfect, and in my own quest for 'perfection', I have come to the conclusion that we just can't do it all. We can't say yes to every request that comes our way. We can't always reply promptly to voicemails or email messages. We can't donate to every sponsorship. We can't do all the upgrades we want, whenever we want. We can't work so much that we forget to enjoy living.

Here is what we can do: we can try our best and give 100% of where we are in the moment.

At the end of the day and at the end of our 3rd year, one thing has remained constant: We're bursting with gratitude to be here and we are immeasurably proud of what we've built. We're gonna' keep growing through it.

Here's to year 4 on Minkler Road and year 11 in business! Thank you all for being here and following along on our journey! Wherever you are on yours, we hope you know it's ok if it's not always sunshine and rainbows!

We are the lucky ones to be able to serve the wonderful people of this community. Hello, Sunday! 🍃

It's been a busy few days since I got home! We had 2 baby showers yesterday, congratulations to the Mama's to be and thank you to their families for thinking of us!

Matt's headed to a food show today and tomorrow and I'll be back in the office getting caught up on emails and phone calls!

Fish Fry will be back on Friday, so if you need dinner plans, be sure to think of us!
