Spring is in full swing and as as we think about the upcoming months, Cascades wants to offer you more. We are more than just a wedding venue, in fact, we are heading into more kinds of relaxed celebrations, private dinners, creative events, and outings that bring people together in a casual atmosphere, as if it were your own backyard, but with our service and style. Our place is for you to not only celebrate, but also to come and relax with friends in a private setting. Here are some inspirational ideas and well, excuses to get together this summer and fall, where the atmosphere is easy, the service is about you, and the ideas are fun. Allow us to help you create a MOVIE NIGHT ON THE LAWN, with great refreshments and interesting snacks. Hang around the FIRE PITS on a romantic fall night with friends including snack platters, or roast marshmallows on the fire with drinks and good conversation while watching the CREEK run. Create a DINNER PARTY and allow us to cater any kind of food you like. We do all the work and create customize to your taste and budget. What about taking over a room inside the 1790 MILL and doing a WHISKEY, WINE and CHEESE TASTING, or COCKTAIL TASTING? Great vintage club like atmosphere in the antique MILL, watch the game on our BIG SCREEN. Lets say its your anniversary and you want something special. We can create a MOVEABLE FEAST for up to 6 guests, starting with appetizers at the waterfall, main course on the deck over the creek, and then dessert down on the creek level, while watching bears try to steal your food...seriously...DIY CRAFT AFTERNOONS inside the lodge? We can do that, rain or shine. BRUNCH under party umbrellas or pergolas at the waterfall or on the lawn, we can do that. If you have kids, maybe its a CRAZY DISCO DAY PARTY with our HOUSE DJ.
