I haven’t really had the words to comment on the devastation and heartbreak of the floods in our state. As a parent, I can’t imagine. As a grandparent, I can’t imagine. As a family member, friend, loved one I can’t imagine….I am thankful for first responders and other people who in these moments became extraordinary heroes. I am thankful for everyday people who now become the hands and feet of Jesus to those who have lost so much. 💔
I have always wanted this little shop at 241 North 13th to be more than just a flower/gift shop. I’ve wanted it to be a place where people can come and feel at home and know that they are welcomed. But especially at times like this, I want you to know if you need a place to go for an understanding hug, a shared tear, or just a simple hello…I’m here. I don’t understand, but I’m here.
