Wow...it has been over a year since I last posted! You may or may not be wondering why? I decided to go back to work full-time in the other field that I love! However, I love photography too much to give it up completely. I love being able to use my photography to pay it forward as well so continue to offer services where I can.

Graces first session was filled with extreme heat, extreme humidity AND extreme wind. So, it is only fair that her second session go amazingly smooth and every shot and pose she struck be beautiful!!

I posted a teaser of this session a while ago. I cannot get over the cuteness of this family! Seriously, look at the teddy bear playing ring around the rosie! One of the things that I enjoy about editing is making sure that the pictures not only look good but that they have a certain feeling to them (In know it doesn't make sense to me either but its a thing). This gallery has a few different editing styles in it.

Last set for this young lady! I guess when your photographers dog runs away and basically ruins your first AND second session (he has a GPS collor with a range of 8 miles not) you get to make up for lost time! Shhh don't tell Kaitlyn, but I am kind of glad he ran away, we got more time and more amazing shots of everything that are ALL HER!!!

You all are going to have to help me decide between black and white and colored on one of the photos. I like them both!

Smoke bombs don't always go the way you want them to but they are always a fun addition to a photo. I have absolutely LOVED every minute of getting to know these cousins. It reminds me of my own close relationships with my cousins (to this day).

There is so much I would love to put in this post! Let me simply start with sweet Jens. I wish I could describe to you the pure joy I had in seeing him again this year. You see, I have been lucky enough to photograph this family multiple times. Jens quite simply blew me away with his ability to interact AND I even got a hug from him. Since my very first interaction with Jens I have had a special spot for him in my heart. I was literally crying watching him AND his brother Ben as I witnessed the many amazing, progressive changes in them. Thank you Sarah for the opportunity to spend some fun filled time with your family.
