WE HAVE SOME BIG NEWS TO SHARE!
2022 is quickly approaching! And with the new year comes some big and exciting changes for Harbor Blooms. Although this decision did not come easily, I am excited to announce that Marni of Marni’s Petal Pushers will be the new owner of Harbor Blooms as of January 1st!
After much thought and many mixed emotions I have decided that it’s time for me to take a step back and begin to retire. It has been such an amazing and fun ride over the past 6 years since opening Harbor Blooms. I cannot begin to express the joy I have felt over the past 22 years I’ve spent in the floral business getting to know all of you and to have had a small part in so many of your life moments. I have an endless amount of heartwarming gratitude for all of the love and support I have felt since the day we opened Harbor Blooms.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me grow Harbor Blooms into the thriving business that it is and for putting your trust in me over the years to help you express your feelings through the art of flowers.
As sad as I am to be moving on to my next chapter, I’m excited for the road ahead and for the future of Harbor Blooms. I wish Marni so much success and I know she will be welcomed and supported by all of you the same way that I was. Marni brings many years of floral experience and knowledge with her and I am confident that Harbor Blooms will be in good hands moving forward.
As I’m sure you all know, I’ve been incredibly lucky to have some of the best employees around and I am thrilled to say that they will be staying on with Marni! I will also continue to stay on with Marni through the transition and will continue to help out afterward (I have to ease into this retirement phase) I just can’t leave my girls and all of you so quickly! I look forward to the opportunity to work with Marni and learn from each other!
We will be closing December 24th at Noon and will remain closed until January 3rd when Harbor Blooms will re-open under Marni’s ownership.
With much love and gratitude,
Sheril
