Get Fit all Week, Party all Weekend!

During the week and on weekend mornings, we offer a set schedule of membership and package based unique work outs. Our better than average fitness classes blast body fat and tone muscle, all to the latest and greatest DJ remixes of the hottest music.

We also help educators in the local community an option for school field trips that focus on health and wellness for preschool through elementary aged children.

Friday night and weekends, we host and produce private events for kids and adults such as birthday parties for kids ages 5+ including Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras and Sweet Sixteens, as well as Bridal showers and bachelorette parties.

A few times a year, we produce outdoor large fitness events that draw a crowd, support a charity and create PR, publicity and excitement about the brand, becoming a fitness member and attract parents to bring their kids for parties.
