For the past few weeks, we have been giving you little glimpses of something new coming to historic downtown Abbeville.

You’ve seen the building.
You’ve watched the renovations begin.
You’ve followed along as our vision has started to take shape.

And now… we’re finally ready to tell you what’s coming! ❤️

La Maison de Noël — The House of Christmas.

A name that captures the heart of what we hope this special place will become: a warm and welcoming house filled with faith, Christmas, tradition, beauty, and the joy of giving.

La Maison de Noël is the newest chapter in the story of our family business, but it is also very much a sister to the business so many of you already know and love…

🌸 La Petite Fleur.

La Petite Fleur will remain our flower shop at our current location, continuing to provide the floral designs, weddings, sympathy flowers, celebrations, and everyday flowers that have been at the heart of our business.

La Maison de Noël will be our second location, located at:

The name La Maison de Noël means The House of Christmas, but our vision goes beyond Christmas.

It is about faith.
It is about family.
It is about tradition.
It is about celebration.
It is about those sacred and special moments that become memories for a lifetime.

And most importantly, it is about creating another place where we can serve our community.

We are still working hard behind the scenes, and there is much more to come before we open our doors later this year.

But today, we finally get to share the name…

💍🌸 Celebrating Love, Beauty & a Beautiful Beginning 🌸💍

Today, La Petite Fleur had the incredible honor of being part of a very special wedding celebration at Blue Star Event Center in Scott, Louisiana. ❤️

We were blessed to provide the bridal party flowers, cake flowers, and floral decorations throughout the celebration. Every flower was chosen and designed with love, with the hope that each arrangement would add something beautiful to a day filled with so much joy.

One of the things we love most about what we do at La Petite Fleur is that flowers allow us to be present for some of life’s most sacred and meaningful moments. A wedding isn’t simply a beautiful day—it is the beginning of a journey, a promise, and a lifetime shared together. We are grateful whenever we are invited to play even a small part in that journey. 🌿💐

And what a beautiful setting for such a special day! Blue Star Racing Venue provided a wonderful backdrop for this celebration, with a beautiful atmosphere for family and friends to gather, celebrate, and make memories together.

To the beautiful bride and groom: thank you for trusting La Petite Fleur with your special day. It was our joy and our blessing to serve you. May God bless your marriage with a lifetime of love, faith, laughter, and beautiful memories. May your life together always bloom. Congratulations to the Bride and Groom!

🏗️✨ Behind the Scenes: A Little Peek at What’s Happening! ✨🏗️

If you’ve driven through historic downtown Abbeville lately, you may have noticed a little activity happening at 122 S State Street… 👀🔨

Well, the transformation is underway!

What was once an empty space is beginning to take shape, and we wanted to bring you along for the journey. ❤️

There is still a LOT of work to be done, but with every wall, every repair, every coat of paint, and every little detail, we can begin to see the vision coming to life.

And while we can’t show you everything just yet… 🤫✨
we can tell you that we are creating a place that we hope will become something very special for our community.

A place centered around:

🕊️ The sacraments and our Catholic faith

We are especially excited about being able to offer items and keepsakes for important moments such as Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, and other celebrations of faith.

And, of course… Christmas is going to be a BIG part of this new adventure! 🎄✨

We are taking our time to make this space beautiful, welcoming, and meaningful—and we can’t wait for you to see what it becomes.

🌸🌹 TWO YEARS OF LA PETITE FLEUR! 🌹🌸

October 1st is a very special day for us—not only is it our 2nd Anniversary, but it is also the Feast Day of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Little Flower. 🌹

When we opened the doors of La Petite Fleur two years ago, we chose this beautiful day for a reason. St. Thérèse’s message of doing little things with great love has been woven into the heart of our little flower shop from the very beginning. 🤍

And what better way to celebrate than by showing a little love to the community that has loved and supported us so much! ❤️
