Look around the seating area of the Barn and you’ll find a collection of well-worn saddles that reflect the deep roots in Acadiana’s cattle and livestock history, reminders of the cowboys, cattlemen, auctions, and generations of people who helped shape the story of this special place. And hanging proudly above it all is the Louisiana state flag—a fitting backdrop for a place dedicated to preserving a piece of our local heritage.
