Banana Cake Recipe.
Ingredients.
2 cups plain flour
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour milk or plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate added to the sour milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1¼ cup mashed bananas

Method.
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time.
Add the sour milk and the vanilla essence and mix well.
Sift in the flour mix into the wet ingredients and mix well.
Mix in the banana mash.
Bake in a greased baking pan for one hour at 180°c
