About FANSI GO
FANSI GO is a ticketing and fan engagement platform built for live events, independent venues, and cultural organizers across Asia.
We work closely with promoters and live houses to help them manage ticketing, fan data, and long-term audience relationships — beyond one-off ticket sales.
As we expand our presence in Thailand, we are looking for a local representative who understands the local market, language, and business culture, and can help us connect with the right partners on the ground.
Role Overview
This is an Freelance Independent Contractor role focused on local market research, lead generation, and outreach in Thailand.
You will act as our local market representative, using Thai language and cultural context to identify relevant partners, initiate conversations, and set up qualified meetings with our international team.
Your primary responsibility is to help us access the local market effectively and build trust, not to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant live houses, promoters, venues, and event organizers in Thailand
Build and maintain a local lead list using Thai-language sources (websites, social media, communities, etc.)
Pre-qualify potential partners based on business relevance, event history, and decision-making authority before scheduling meetings
Conduct outreach in Thai via:
Email
Social media / messaging platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.)
Phone calls (when appropriate)
Qualify interest and assess potential collaboration fit
(Primary) Set up English-language meetings between the decision makers of qualified partners and the FANSI GO Director of Global Business & Partnerships, and assist with following-up and push towards contract signing
(Secondary) Guide non-English-speaking partners toward FANSI GO’s self-service ticketing tools when applicable
Outreach Guidelines
Outreach should be conducted primarily in Thai
Phone calls are encouraged when:
A public business number is available
Prior outreach has received no response
Phone outreach is intended for introduction and qualification, not hard selling

The meeting is successfully completed (minimum 25 minutes) (No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not counted)
The participant is able to conduct basic communication in English
The meeting and lead quality are reviewed and confirmed by FANSI GO
Contract Signing Bonus
A signing bonus is applicable only when:
A referred partner completes a formal agreement or platform onboarding
Payment and operational setup are completed
The partner is actively using the system trial or temporary usage does not qualify.
Secondary KPI
Number of Thailand-based partners successfully onboarded to FANSI GO’s self-service ticketing platform & event sells over 100 tickets
Performance will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis.
Reporting & Communication
This role reports directly to the Director of Global Business & Partnerships
A bi-weekly progress meeting will be held to:
Review outreach results and meeting quality

Meeting times will be scheduled based on overlapping availability with the international team
Working Hours & Contract
Approx. 10 hours per week
Initial 3-month contract, with potential extension based on performance
Fully remote, flexible schedule
Compensation
Base service fee: 4,500 THB per month
