藉由一種莫名的熱情及企圖心和法國同事於2005年成立上苑文化，成員背景兼具多元文化、專業及好奇的因子，積極參與台灣與國際文化事務，與文化機構、基金會、駐台單位及企業合作，策劃大型及慶典活動，協助國內外藝術工作者展演製作、行銷及異業合作。 透過不同面向的藝術、資源、文化等衝擊與組合，將人文美學帶入生活中。近年，除了表演與視覺藝術的持續投入之外，開始投入公共藝術的合作交流，讓藝術與企業為我們的環境創造出共同的語言，透過藝術將美學融合於生活環境中，提升生活品味與人文素養。
