起源2014年，由研究生夏天發起創立「林口跑跑團」，跑步路線以林口、桃園地區為主。2023年，「新北市林口運動協會」正式成立，宗旨為推廣運動，身心健康。

每年夏季「AI 園區接力賽」號召會員與友團共襄盛舉；8月團慶則邀請會員攜家帶眷一起享受戶外活動，建立更健康的家庭。同時，協會也分享永續與生態保育觀念，為社會盡心力。
目前固定團練：
週一 4COME 19:00（公園路156號)
週三 運動公園19:30 (文一仁愛路口天橋下)
週六 林口國中，夏季5:30，冬季6:00
