各位 The Omnific 的樂迷好
由於鼓手 Jerome 在巡演過程中被診斷罹患肺炎
已嘗試在當地接受治療但病況依然加劇
經醫療團隊評估，需要他回到澳洲接受治療
目前 Jerome 已平安回到澳洲接受治療中
請各位樂迷不用擔心
因此
樂團不得不取消接下來的巡演計劃
原訂9/29 在 The Wall 的 The Omnific 演出將取消
我們深表遺憾，也同時希望 Jerome盡快恢復健康，並再次與我們相見！！
"To our Taipei, Bangkok and Singapore fans,
As you may have seen, Jerome was diagnosed with pneumonia whilst on tour in China. Whilst immediate medical assistance was provided, his symptoms worsened during the tour, and it was determined by his medical team that he is unable to play any of the remaining Asia tour dates. Jerome has now safely returned to Australia to receive further medical care and is steadily recovering.
Due to this very unfortunate situation and unforeseen tour complications arising from this, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the remaining shows in Bangkok, Taipei & Singapore. We took a lot of consideration to come to this decision, and it was not made lightly.
A huge thank you to our promoter partners Razor Riff, Asymmetry and Icon Promotions for their support through the situation. For ticket refunds, please contact the point of purchase.
We appreciate all of your understanding and we can’t wait till we return to Asia soon with our full lineup.

【 演出取消方式 】
為了確保消費者權益，我們將全面辦理退票作業，相關事宜如下：
本活動演出自即日起進行全額退票申請，造成不便，敬請見諒 !
＊主辧單位將提供全面全額退票，退票之手續費將由主辦方全權負責。
＊退票收受期間：2026/9/28 (日) 起至 2026/10/31 (六) 23：59 止
退票詳細流程如下：
1. 信用卡購票-退票方式：無須提供申請資料，款項將全額退刷至原購票之信用卡。如 ibon 機台已取票者無須將票券寄回，取票手續費款項將寄送郵局匯票至會員地址。
2. ATM 轉帳付款-退票方式：請填妥退票申請表，提供以下方式辦理退票，如已取票者無須將票券寄回，取票手續費一併退回。
Email 退票：退票申請表電子檔請 Email 至 [email protected]。
3.ibon 機台購票付款-退票方式
請備妥下述資料，以掛號方式，郵寄至「收件人：Ticket Plus 遠大售票系統 票務組收／地址：10599 臺北體育場郵局第 561 號信箱」。請務必載明寄件人地址，並於信封正面註明演唱會名稱及場次。
A. 演唱會票券正本
B. 退票申請表
C. 存摺封面影本，需包含銀行名、分行、帳號、戶名
【 Ticket Plus 遠大售票系統售票】退款方式：
1. 若以信用卡購票者，會直接全額刷退至原信用卡帳戶，恕無法以現金退還。退款作業將會於 10 個工作日內完成退款流程，因各家發卡銀行之作業流程不同，會員可於今日算起之 25-40 個工作天後向發卡行查詢刷退紀錄。
3. 若以 ATM 轉帳及 ibon 機台購票者，本公司將於收到退票申請後的 10 個工作天內匯款至指定帳戶，遇假日則順延至假日後的第一個工作天。
4. 若您是以【 Ticket Plus遠大售票系統 】會員於網路上訂購，您皆可在訂單內查詢退票、退款進度，若過了上述時間尚未收到退款，歡迎您發信至【 Ticket Plus 遠大售票系統】客服中心詢問進度。
5. 退款金額為票面價全額退費，如信用卡購票且 ibon 機台已取票者，取票手續費款項將寄送郵局匯票至會員地址。
