🚘【產業焦點】特斯拉 FSD 送審台灣、終結買斷制！

近日，特斯拉（Tesla）在台灣市場拋出兩大訊號：
一是 FSD（Supervised）系統正式向台灣主管機關提出送審；二是宣布自 7 月 1 日起全面停售買斷制。

表面上，這是銷售策略的調整；但從產業角度來看，這更像是一場跨越技術、商業模式與供應鏈的變局。汽車產業的競爭，正在從「賣硬體」走向「賣軟體、賣服務、賣持續升級」。

🔍 1. 商業模式解密：從買斷制走向持續性軟體訂閱

過去車主支付一筆高額費用，就能永久擁有特定軟體功能；但訂閱制上路後，使用自動駕駛功能的模式將更接近 Netflix：按月付費、持續使用。

這代表車廠的獲利核心正在改變。未來汽車不再只是一次性的硬體銷售，而是承載車載數據、OTA 升級與軟體服務的移動平台。高毛利的軟體服務化（SaaS），將成為汽車產業新的利潤主引擎。

🚦 2. 技術落地考驗：Level 2 送審台灣，路況考驗才開始

FSD（Supervised）名稱中的「Supervised」其實已經說明重點：它仍然屬於輔助駕駛，而不是無人駕駛。

在 SAE 自動駕駛分級中，Level 2 雖然可以同時輔助控制車速與方向，但駕駛人仍必須全程監控路況，並負起法律責任。

對台灣市場來說，真正的考驗在於：這套純視覺自駕方案，能否適應高密度機車混流、複雜路口與特殊道路情境。這將是 FSD 能否順利落地的重要試金石。

🔧 3. 供應鏈新風向：純視覺方案全面推升硬體規格門檻

特斯拉在自駕技術路線上，選擇不仰賴光達（LiDAR），而是以車載鏡頭與演算法作為核心感知系統。這樣的技術選擇，也大幅拉高了車用鏡頭解析度、高算力晶片與車用電子平台的規格要求。

當軟體大腦持續升級，硬體也必須同步進化。隨著全球車廠與一線供應商加速跟進，台灣在半導體封測、高階光學、車用電子等領域的供應鏈，有機會迎來新一波高附加價值訂單與技術升級。

🌐 360°觀察

這場由特斯拉帶動的軟體落地與商業模式轉變，正在重新定義汽車價值鏈。

未來的汽車競爭，不只看馬力，也看算力；不只比硬體，也比軟體服務能力。台灣供應鏈若能掌握半導體、高階光學與車用電子的技術優勢，將有機會在智慧移動革命中，卡位下一波關鍵成長機會。
