The founder of Shalom Arts Consulting, Inc., Virginia Hui-ting Chen, is responsible for the company. Ms Chen was the director of the Foundation for Research on Public Space, Taipei for 12 years, and founded the “Public Art Newsletter” magazine. Af

ter leaving the Foundation for Research on Public Space, she founded Shalom Arts Consulting, hoping to use her profession to promote public art to allow Taiwan to develop healthily, to seek the highest benefit of art for everyone.
