首先來介紹最具有互動性的作品：由游昊千同學主要製作的「畔畔映像館」啦！
這件作品的名字非常浪漫，「畔畔」這兩個字，一方面是指我們成大校內展的起點：成功湖畔；另一方面，則是深情呼應著台南運河竣工百年來所承載的常民文化記憶。早年的台南街頭老相館林立，是無數家庭記錄人生軌跡、留下珍貴容顏的重要地點。隨著事過境遷，傳統老相館雖然紛紛走入歷史或面臨轉型，但人們想透過鏡頭拍照留念、定格幸福的需求卻從未消失。來到這台機器前的你，彷彿也踏入了這座跨越古今的映像館，準備記錄下當下的美好時刻。
不過，這座映像館可帶點魔幻色彩唷！為了讓大家能親身體驗最經典的「柴契爾效應」，我們把複雜的認知心理學寫成了超好玩的即時互動程式！只要來到現場，按照以下簡單四步驟，就能跟自己的大腦玩一場心理戰：
1️⃣ 面向螢幕，將臉部對準畫面中央的虛線框。

【😱 Enter If You Dare! A Shocking Photo Transformation! 😱】
First up, let us introduce our most interactive exhibit: "The Inverted Inversion Portrait" (畔畔映像館), primarily created by student 游昊千!
The name of this piece carries a beautiful poetic meaning. "Pan-Pan" (meaning riverside) on one hand references the starting point of our campus exhibition—the shores of NCKU's Cheng-Kung Lake. On the other hand, it echoes the century-long cultural memories carried by the Anping Canal. In the early days, Tainan's streets were lined with traditional photo studios, serving as essential landmarks where families documented their life milestones and captured precious portraits. Though times have changed and those old studios have phased into history or evolved, our human desire to freeze a happy moment through a lens has never faded. Standing before this machine, it is as if you are stepping into a timeless studio, ready to capture your very own present moment.
However, this studio comes with a magical twist! To give everyone a firsthand experience of the classic cognitive phenomenon—the "Thatcher Illusion"—we have turned complex cognitive psychology into a highly entertaining, real-time interactive program! Once you are here, simply follow these four easy steps to play a mind game with your own brain:
1️⃣ Face the screen and align your face with the dotted square in the center.
2️⃣ Press the red confirmation button below to take a picture. The program will automatically detect your facial features and apply a magical modification.
3️⃣ Carefully observe this upside-down face on the screen. Hmm... does anything look strange to you? (Hehe, don't be too sure just yet—you’ll see the real magic once it flips upright!)
