Bubble Dream Come Ture

The epidemic has made people depressed. After various design ideas and considerations, the designers combined the characteristics of local food culture, through modern design and the assistance of technology to create a unique large-scale installation art in Taichung. The design ingenuity infuses the work with cultural elements. Through bubble milk tea, the work resonates with the public's memory, but its color and appearance subvert the traditional bubble milk tea look. This visual is full of differences, and the final work creates a stunning result that makes the public stop and admires. The designers used recyclable mixed media and PVC light balls so that after displaying such gigantic and fantastic installation art, there are other opportunities to reuse the materials. In this way, the materials will not be wasted and the environment will not be damaged. With the spirit of cherishing things, the designers achieved the best efficient use of materials in this project and makes all materials to be reused, showing the attention and contribution to the environment. This project is located in the Old TRA Taichung station plaza. As people are affected by the epidemic, anxiety, and alertness may make us irritable, impatient, irritable, and even psychologically panicky. Such emotions may invisibly affect ourselves and our friends and family. Given this, the designers hope to inspire people through the design of healing. Therefore, the design team chose "bubble milk tea", the most popular drink in Taiwan's culinary culture, as the imagery and chose Taichung, the origin of bubble milk tea, to transform the common Christmas tree into a “cup” of 10-meter-tall installation art. With its colorful bubble shape, children and adults can enjoy the sweet moment of Christmas.
