這是我們肉桂捲的豆蔻版本~🤩 很多人可能比較不敢嘗試香料加在甜點裡，但豆蔻的味道其實蠻溫和的，跟開心果淋醬還有柔軟的布里歐麵包搭配起來超好吃的~~

Guys these actually turned out sooo good! We made a cardamom version of our cinnamon rolls, with creamy pistachio sauce drizzled on top 😋
The lightness of our crunchy cardamom filling is a refreshing alternative to cinnamon during these hot summer months, and pairs so well with the chopped pistachios and soft brioche!

One thing you can always look forward to during scorching Taiwan summers? Mango season!

We absolutely loooove mangoes, and who doesn’t love a tart? Our new mango tart combines pepper, chili flakes, and cardamom in its crunchy oatmeal crust, is filled to the brim with a chilled lemon mango mousse and piled with fresh mangoes and cream cheese frosting on top. Inspired by Mexican fruit snacks where Tajin (chili + lime seasoning) is generously sprinkled over fresh mangoes, watermelon, pineapple…the chili adds a well-needed kick of refreshment and pairs perfectly with the natural fragrance of ripe mango!

我們超級愛吃芒果，所以決定推出一款夏季限定的芒果塔~ 它的脆脆燕麥塔皮融合了胡椒、辣椒片和綠荳蔻，內餡是滿滿的檸檬芒果慕斯，上面鋪著新鮮愛文芒果和奶油乳酪霜。這個口味組合靈感來自於墨西哥的水果小吃，在芒果、西瓜、鳳梨等新鮮水果上撒滿Tajin（辣椒粉+青檸調味料），辣椒意外的帶來一種清爽口感，與芒果天然的甜味香氣完美融合～
