日初漆藝展覽倒數中~
《時間的光澤》"The Lustre of Time" 香港展由日初漆藝團隊透過傳統生漆媒材發展出不同的創作形式:漆器、平面漆畫、雕塑、道具、飾板等作品，展現臺灣當代漆藝的面象。展名呼應漆藝家以時間為媒介，層層堆疊的塗膜，獨有色調與光澤，形塑豐厚的深度與精神性。展覽時間訂在2025年12月6日至2026年1月4日，於香港大館 The Gallery by SOIL舉行，內容呈現日初漆藝三位主要成員最新的漆藝創作，包含：陳明宗 的漆器作品，以乾漆、竹編、多元形態的造型媒材呈現漆器的當代樣態。林祐如的漆畫作品，以漆畫回應傳統與創新的框架之間的關係。蔡雨錚 的螺鈿漆藝作品，以材質探索對光澤的美學理解。

開幕暨體驗活動：2025/12/6-7展覽開幕日兩天，日初漆藝團隊將於現場進行作品導覽，向參觀來賓說明日初漆藝創作理念與技法特色，並透過導覽與工作坊形式與觀眾交流漆藝，參加此活動需預約報名。

Countdown to Sunrise Lacquer Art Exhibition ~
“The Lustre of Time” Hong Kong Exhibition Presented by the Sunrise Lacquer Art team, this exhibition develops diverse creative forms through traditional raw lacquer materials: lacquerware, lacquer paintings, sculptures, props, decorative panels, and more—showcasing the face of contemporary Taiwanese lacquer art. The exhibition title echoes how lacquer artists use time as a medium: layer upon layer of coatings, unique hues and lustre, shaping profound depth and spirituality. The exhibition is scheduled for December 6, 2025 to January 4, 2026 at The Gallery by SOIL, Tai Kwun, Hong Kong, featuring the latest lacquer creations by three core members of Sunrise Lacquer Art: Chen Ming-Zong’s lacquerware works present contemporary forms through dry lacquer, bamboo weaving, and diverse sculptural materials; Lin Yu-Ju’s lacquer paintings respond to the relationship between tradition and innovation; Cai Yu-Jheng’s mother-of-pearl lacquer works explore the aesthetics of lustre through materiality.

Organizer: The Gallery by SOIL
Founded in 2012, The Gallery by SOIL is Hong Kong’s first lacquer art gallery. Located in Tai Kwun, it focuses on promoting Asian lacquer art, connecting lacquer artists from across the region, and presenting contemporary creations that blend tradition and modernity, showcasing the diversity of lacquer art.
Opening & Experience Activities: On December 6–7, 2025, during the opening days, the Sunrise Lacquer Art team will conduct guided tours of the works, explaining their creative concepts and techniques. Through tours and workshops, they will engage with visitors to share the art of lacquer. Participation requires advance registration.
