是否曾經感到交友圈狹窄，
在深夜的時候感嘆自己孤獨，
覺得這個校園缺乏交流風氣，
希望有個機會，有個適合的空間，
能夠認識人群與人交流，
能夠藉由摩擦蹦出生命中的驚喜。

一群來自不同科系的學生，
經過許多天的努力奔走許多單位尋求支持，
背負著扭轉缺乏交流這個現象的使命，
充滿野心的用汗水和時間，
在校園編織出過去沒有人做過，
卻是很多人心中曾經有過的想法:
創造一個屬於學生交流的空間。

交流店·交流電，
取其諧音，
希望能夠藉此成為這個校園促進交流的原動力。
