本計畫從2023年開始籌備，由櫻花集團下「SAKURA KITCHEN 櫻花整體廚房」提供展示用的回收廚具板材、零件等，依照迪卡儂台中北屯店的需求，打造全新的自助打包區，並結合NGO組織Ubag的平台，對民眾蒐集二手循環紙袋、紙箱，並再讓民眾重複利用，以達減塑及環保的目的。

櫻花集團的願景是成為『美好居家生活的創造者』，透過本計畫攜手友好企業，共同打造更美好的生活。
