As the year 2021 begins, the St. Augustine Regional Complex would be embarking upon a series of virtual and online projects and programmes amidst the pandemic. It is our hope to keep persons engaged and locked on while we continue to achieve our Complex's Strategic goal of meeting the needs of our Nation through the many changes and the NEW NORMAL.

As such our first initiative is an Aerobics and Fitness Class, with a qualified and experienced Instructor every Tuesday and Thursday from the 19th January 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for FREE!

It is quite simple, all you do is log on to our page: .augustineregionalcomplex from the comfort of your home or anywhere.

We want you to shift your fitness goals this year from just being about weight loss or body image and exercise with us to just feel good. Do it for your mental health, to feel less stressed, more productive and more energized!!

The Community Mediation Services Division of the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and the Arts invites members of the public to access free personal development courses as part of its annual Community Empowerment Programme. Classes are geared towards developing a climate of peace and harmony in communities and homes. See flyer below for more details.
