So we're back with another workshop! Limited spaces available, gain knowledge on preparation skills and cooking techniques to aid with medical conditions thats seems so rampant recently attacking younger vibrant individuals. Those with Renal/ Kidney problems, Diabetics, Hypertension, Gluten intolerance etc, this is for you or you just want learn some of the healthy meals, snacks and treats join us. A Dietitian will be available to answer questions and concerns! ONE deserving person will get the workshop for FREE so like, comment and share so u can be updated!
