Meet the family behind Macaw’s Café & Catering.

We are a family-led catering and event dining company rooted in South Trinidad, built around food, atmosphere, service, and care.

At the heart of Macaw’s is a shared belief that gatherings should feel thoughtful from beginning to end.

Geraldine Gonzales, our Founding Partner & Executive Chef, leads the culinary direction. She develops the menus, shapes the flavors, and brings warmth, bold taste, and consistency to every plate.

Marsha McLeod-Torres, our Founding Partner & Strategy Director, helps guide the long-term vision of Macaw’s, supporting the business with strategy, clarity, and steady direction.

Marc Anthony, our Operations & Creative Director, leads the day-to-day operations and creative direction of Macaw’s. He works closely with clients to make sure each event feels thoughtful, memorable, and well-executed, while keeping service, presentation, photography, videography, and overall standards aligned with the Macaw’s experience.

Alice Minicozzi, our Brand & Social Media Director, shapes how Macaw’s is seen, felt, and communicated online, helping carry the warmth and atmosphere of the company into every detail of the brand.

Together, we create food-led experiences for private events, corporate gatherings, pop-ups, weddings, and celebrations across Trinidad & Tobago.
