Today, as Trinidad & Tobago celebrates Emancipation Day, we pause to honour the incredible strength, resilience, and spirit of our ancestors.
Their fight for liberation laid the foundation for our culture, our freedom, and the very essence of Carnival.
Carnival is more than a festival—it is our ultimate expression of freedom, heritage, and joy. Today, we remember where we came from, celebrate how far we’ve come, and continue to let our spirits soar.
