Please note that this special comes with One attendant .
Any damages cause my by any of your guest , to our machines or bouncy castle or games , you (customer) or them (guest) will be held liable to fix or replace the items.

Parents are responsible to look after their children and are responsible for them.
We state rules of
*no eating in bouncy castle ,
*no shoes ,
*no flipping and play fighting. (For their safety)
*children are not to touch the machines. Please parents keep an eye on them.

Our goal is to ensure you the customer is satisfied and happy . And to ensure your event runs smooth to create great memories.

If the rain falls the bouncy will be air down , the motor for the machine CANNOT get wet. Once the rain has stop the bouncy castle will be blown back up.

The service provider nor you the customer has control of the weather.
So if there is bad weather before or on the date of event (at 2hrs prior before we reach) you the customer can reschedule your event.

Our face book page has the payment policy that the downpayment is non refundable and only half payment is required to booked!
