Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Baker located in Port of Spain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. You will follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods. Attention to detail and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Baker or in a similar role
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Ability to read and follow recipes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Effective communication and teamwork skills
