Our final day of camp was pizza day!
We also had fun with choreography and created 3D versions of the characters they have been developing all week, with modeling clay. The sensory stimulation with these types of creative projects is captivating and the children were all super focused!
More on their creative writing adventures another time... we're saving the best for last!

Day Three: Self defense, agility training, magical vision boards and beautiful dream catchers where the highlights on this rainy day... oh, but it was bright, energetic and joyful on the inside! The children had another full day and were asking for more, more and more!😊😊

Snapshots of Ancestral Karma Workshop

At the end of May I hosted this workshop for a deeper exploration of Karma and appreciating how it relates to our ancestry. The hours we spent together exploring this topic just flew by!

At the end of it, certainly there was a deeper understanding of the essence of Karma and how we work with it at a personal level.

It comes down to this... for those who are unconscious and ignorant of their own powers - karma brings suffering. And for those who are more conscious and wise - karma is a ladder to achieve whatever goals we may have in life.

The core message I wanted to convey though, was not to underestimate this present moment, our power of choice and action in this moment to reshape our life circumstances.

We discussed all this and more, with real life examples, to bring an understand of Karma beyond just the concept of good and bad karma.

Truly an uplifting afternoon! Thank you Yoga with Ved for allowing us to host your event.

A big thanks to all those who came to Mantra Healing over this weekend.

I had a wonderful time with you all of you enjoying the mantras, music and meditation... the collective energy was beautiful and uplifting.

I am planning to do Mantra Healing once a month as a community event so that we can continue to grow our wellness, lift our energies and bring healing to ourselves and community.

Looking forward to the next one... and I will share some of the chanting we did.

Namaskar friends! Madhavi has been a mentor to me for very many years.... since the passing of my mom in 2013. She is originally from TT, but lived in Canada for many years. She returned after retiring to enjoy her home again.

I was happy to hear about this class when she told me about it! It is a great opportunity to connect and work with someone who has deep knowledge of wellness from multiple sources of inspiration and from her own dedicated practice.

Don't miss this! You will gain tremendously from it.
