Yarım asrı aşkın süredir Balkanlar’da ve dünya genelinde tanınan bir devlet dans topluluğu olan Trakia Ansamble (Filibe), 1974 yılında kurulmuş ve 1975’te verdiği ilk konserden itibaren kendine özgü sanatsal üslubuyla dikkat çekmiştir.
“Trakia” Halk Müziği Topluluğu, Bulgaristan’ın farklı bölgelerine ait halk kültürünü; müzik, dans ve ritüelleri ustalıkla harmanlayarak sahneye taşımaktadır. Filibe Müzik, Dans ve Güzel Sanatlar Akademisi kökenli sanatçıların katkılarıyla gelişen topluluk, 50 yılı aşkın süredir folklorik mirasa bağlılığını korurken aynı zamanda yenilikçi ve çağdaş yorumlar üretmeyi sürdürmektedir.
Bugüne kadar Bulgaristan genelinde ve 60’tan fazla ülkede sayısız konser veren topluluğun sanat yönetmenliği ve koreografisi Prof. Daniela Djeneva tarafından yürütülmektedir.
A state folk dance ensemble recognized for more than half a century across the Balkans and around the world, the Trakia Ensemble (Plovdiv) was founded in 1974 and has stood out with its distinctive artistic style since its first performance in 1975.
The “Trakia” Folk Music Ensemble presents the rich cultural heritage of Bulgaria by blending songs, dances, and rituals from different regions of the country. Developed with the contributions of artists from the Plovdiv Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts, the ensemble has maintained its strong connection to folklore for over 50 years while continuing to produce innovative and contemporary interpretations.
To date, the ensemble has performed extensively throughout Bulgaria and in more than 60 countries worldwide. Its artistic director and choreographer is Prof. Daniela Djeneva.
