I’m chef Gam, and I’m very passionate about cooking. I’ve been cooking my entire life – I learned to cook from my Grandmother, who was also a chef. Years ago, I ran a successful restaurant in Bangkok, and I moved to Koh Phangan to continue my love for cooking in paradise. Since moving here, I’ve noticed that it’s not possible to order food for home delivery. So, I decided to set up a service mysel

f. I cook a wide variety of dishes, from authentic Thai, to Vietnamese, to fusion Thai-Western, to French, Italian and more. I don’t like to brag, but a lot of people tell me that my food is delicious. I can also cater to large groups, whether it be for a wedding, a birthday party or any special occasion. So please enquiry and I will be happy to set up a menu matching your tastes. You can find more informations and exemples of menus with prices in "Premium Private Catering" album. If you want to learn to cook traditional Thai dishes, I would love to be your teacher. You can find my menu in the album section, "Delivery Service".
