On this very wet weekend in Bangkok, here is something for you. 🎧
I made a promo set for PLASTIC / CLOUD 40 before I close the night at Bar.Yard coming Sat.

Afro Tech + Afro House with driving percussion, deeper club cuts + familiar vocals, built to keep the floor moving while still leaving space for the crowd to socialise.

I’ll be on 2–3AM, Sun Oct 4, after GENJI + ALEX EDELS.

PLASTIC / CLOUD 40
Sat Oct 3 • 10PM–late
Bar.Yard, 40/F Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok

7 new Afro House tracks just landed in this week’s CURATED AFRO HOUSE PLAYLIST. 🎧

One worth hearing: Rivo’s Afro House rework of Armin van Buuren & Sharon den Adel’s “In and Out of Love.” If you know the original, the familiar melody pulls you in, then the Afro House groove takes it somewhere different.

This week’s second pick carries nearly 50 years of music with it.

THEMBA’s “Orere Eligibo” reaches back to The Lijadu Sisters’ music and brings that lineage into a current Afro House setting.

Fresh enough for today’s playlist, with a much longer story underneath the groove.

Want Afro House that flows, not just a random stack of tracks?

The playlist is built around:
DJ-handpicked selections • designed flow • warm, soulful, groovy energy • gradual build

Made for sunset cocktails, long drives and pre-party warm-ups.

All gigs I give 100% but still not all gigs are equal - this one means something to me >>>

Looking forward to bringing my sound to PICKLE BKK this Saturday, 12 Sep.

Come join Pickle and me on the journey. 🩼🛵🚄

For this night, I’m bringing my own part of that world into the room: Afro & Melodic House, soulful vocals, organic percussion, familiar moments and a groove that builds progressively through the night.

I made a mix to show the direction I’m bringing to Pickle.

House music was born in part on q***r dance floors, so playing at Pickle feels personal to me.
