⠀⠀2.3 Only JOY CLUB members who have successfully registered for JOY CLUB Pre-Sale eligibility between 25 August 2025 at 12:00 PM (ICT) to 27 August 2025 at 11:59 PM (ICT) will be eligible to purchase tickets in this round.

⠀⠀2.4 Ticket Purchase Limit : Each JOY CLUB membership number is eligible to purchase only one (1) ticket.

⠀⠀2.5 The number of tickets purchased in the JOY CLUB Pre-Sale will not be counted toward the number of tickets purchased in the Global Official Fanclub ‘ZEROSE’ Pre-Sale

⠀⠀2.6 SM True reserves the right to grant entry only to JOY CLUB Members whose ‘name and surname on their national ID card’ match the ‘membership number on the show ticket’ and information provided in their ‘JOY CLUB Member Profile’.

⠀⠀2.7 SM True reserves the right to prohibit any JOY CLUB Member from transferring, selling, or granting their rights to others, including to non-members. If any such activity is detected, the following actions may be taken without prior notice:

(1) Immediate cancellation of your JOY CLUB membership.

(2) Blacklisting of the member’s national ID number, prohibiting future participation in SM True activities, including but not limited to the purchase of concert tickets during general sales.

(3) Disqualification from attending all concerts and performances (even if tickets have already been purchased), including any events organized by SM True under all circumstances.

(4) No refunds will be issued, and any tickets in question will be cancelled immediately.

3. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲

⠀⠀2.1 Ticket Purchase Limit (all channels) : Each national ID card can be used to purchase up to four (4) tickets.

⠀⠀3.2 The number of tickets purchased in the general sale will not be counted toward the number of tickets purchased in the Global Official Fanclub ‘ZEROSE’ Pre-Sale and JOY CLUB Pre-Sale.

4. To purchase tickets through COUNTER SERVICE at all 7-Eleven branches nationwide, you must present your ID card for identity verification and make the payment immediately with either 'cash' 💸 or 'credit card' 💳. A 3.25% processing fee applies to credit card payments (debit cards are not accepted).

5. To purchase tickets through the website www.allticket.com/event/ZEROBASEONE_HEREANDNOW_IN_BANGKOK with cash payment, please bring Reserve ID or PAY CODE (20 digits) to pay at COUNTER SERVICE at any 7-Eleven branches nationwide ⏰ within 30 minutes ⏰ to secure your reservation. Tickets with overdue payment will be canceled automatically and returned to the system for the next purchase.

6. To purchase tickets through the website www.allticket.com/event/ZEROBASEONE_HEREANDNOW_IN_BANGKOK with a “credit card” 💳 payment, a 3.25% processing fee will apply (debit card payments are not accepted), and for ‘TrueMoney’ 💰payment, a 1.5% processing fee will apply.

7. After a successful payment, SM True reserves the right to decline changes, cancellations, or refunds for the show ticket in all cases.

8. Please keep your payment evidence (receipt slip or proof of payment) in good condition for show ticket pick-up. Details regarding the date, time, and pick-up method will be announced later.

9. Please be aware of the scammers claiming to be staff members, unofficial ticket booking and selling, etc.

10. SM True does not support the resale of tickets at a higher price. We reserve the right to permanently ban the resellers’ ID card numbers in our system without prior notice, resulting in an inability to engage in any activities with SM True in the future.

11. SM True does not allow the distribution of tickets for advertising or any sales promotion activities that are not authorized by the company. Such actions will be considered a legal violation.

📃 Steps to Request a Replacement Ticket (For Lost Seating/Standing Tickets)

1. For a replacement request by the ticket purchaser, please provide the following documents and follow these steps:

⠀⠀1.1 Reserve ID 20 digits

⠀⠀1.2 Original ID card or original passport
⠀
⠀⠀1.3 Police Report (must be filed by the ticket purchaser themselves).

⠀⠀1.4 For seating tickets: Submit all required documents and contact the ALL TICKET booth “at least 2 hours before the show starts” to request a replacement ticket.

⠀⠀1.5 For standing tickets: Submit all required documents and contact the ALL TICKET booth “at least 4 hours before the gates open” to request a replacement ticket.

2. For a replacement request by an authorized person, please provide the following documents and follow these steps:
