22 years. — Still curious. Still creating. Still having fun. — Since 2004, we’ve been on a journey of discovering what it means to be “The Eventologists” — proudly calling ourselves “Masters in Eventology” since day one!. It all began with a young founder, big passion, and a dream to create something of our own. From TV Production to large-scale events, from event equipment and technical production to creative experiences, we kept exploring, learning, and challenging ourselves.

Along the way, we discovered our calling in events. We earned recognition as a Young Creative Event Organizer, ventured into MICE & Business Events, and received a Best Incentive Marketing Campaign Award. More importantly, we earned the trust of brands, built lasting partnerships, and had the opportunity to create events of all kinds — from local to international.

Over the years, UPPER has also become more than an event company. It has been a place where generations of event talents have learned, grown, and taken flight — becoming part of the industry we love.

And after 22 years, what still matters most isn’t simply the numbers or the achievements. It’s the passion, curiosity, people, partnerships, and joy of creating that keep us moving forward. This is our story so far. And there’s still so much more to create.
