There’s a fire going in Delia‘s kitchen tonight.

Delia is welcoming Peter Smit and Gerardo David Bracho Fernandez for two nights of Mexican and Caribbean cooking (and a few surprises).

Also joined by Dirty Sips , who will be showcasing cocktails transformed from leftover kitchen scraps!

The door is open from 6 pm onwards. Advance booking is recommended.

We spent longer than anyone should choosing a chocolate partner. Not because good chocolate is hard to find in Thailand, but because we wanted someone whose obsession runs deeper than the product.

Before a single product reached our retail shelf, K. Soi taught us that tasting chocolate isn't only about chewing and swallowing. Each bar asks to be tasted differently. Some you bite just enough to break, then hold in the middle of your tongue. Some you chew fine and let sit. One you don't chew at all.

Fair Chocolate is a Thai craft chocolate producer that values every step of the making process, from the initial harvest to the final production. Fair Chocolate believes each type of chocolate has its own character — one you can discover by tasting with intention.

Today we brought that intention to our space. The Living Room at Baan Trok Fair Specialty Chocolate fair.chocolate have been working together to bring our guests a special batch of the season, from both the summer and rainy seasons. All are harvested and roasted in Thailand.
