Sous-Vide Records is a small Norwegian vinyl & self releasing imprint focused on the grooves of minimalism. Inspired by the French technique of food preparation, that enabled uncompromising chefs to consistently deliver the same, delicious taste with every single dish.

Featuring tracks and releases from Dott, Silat Beksi, Marwan Sabb, RQZ, Octave, Hendricks Toh and more... a release from Sous-Vide Records is more than a collection of tracks – it is vacuum sealed minimalism.

Bangkok’s grooviest rave is back on Friday April 5th, as we take over the cities newest music institution - Siwilai Radical Club !

Sprouting in the heart of Thonglor, the new sustainable upcycled space is built from five tonnes of recycled plastic waste from Thailand’s many corners a features a sound design collaboration from Norwegian studio NNNN and NYC’s Ojas Speakers.
