We are proud to have been part of the 2026 Southern African Food Festival, held from 15–18 July.

Our students had the incredible opportunity to serve throughout the event while also stepping into the competition arena to showcase their own skills. Alongside them, some of Southern Africa's finest head chefs competed, creating an inspiring environment filled with excellence, creativity, and professionalism.

For our students, this was more than just an event, it was a chance to learn directly from the best, build meaningful connections, gain real-world experience, and grow in confidence.

Experiences like these cannot be measured by trophies alone. The knowledge gained, the relationships built, and the inspiration received are opportunities worth more than gold.
