Most of our farmers are farming to make sure that the masses get fed. Behind their production line, there are so many challenges that they have to navigate through. One of the biggest is technical know-how from soil fertility, crop establishment, care, pest and disease management, irrigation, weeding, fertilization, Pre and post-harvesting to marketing. We always advise our farmers to adhere to organic farming practices as they are cheap and adaptable. One of them is mulching both in summer and winter. Every farm or garden must be mulched. Mulch can be dry grass, hay, wood chops, dry leaves, cardboard boxes, or any organic matter.
Practicals always make attendees understand easily.

We teach, show them and they implement.
