𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐲𝐞 is a South Sudanese, born in Sudan and raised in Finland. From a young age, she has carried a deep passion for music and dance. She grew up immersed in the rhythms of Congolese music, dancing to genres like Ndombolo and Dancehall.

Her love for Angolan culture led her to discover her true artistic passion African music and dance in all its depth and diversity. Kizomba and Semba were her first couple and social dance experiences, marking a turning point in how she connected with music and movement.

Today, 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐲𝐞 embraces the elegance and traditional roots of Kizomba, Semba, and South Sudan’s own cultural dance styles. Her journey reflects a deepening appreciation for the richness and expressive power of African dance and traditional styles!

We’re thrilled to have her home again bringing her passion, energy, and love for African dance back to where it all began.
