BAHR EL GHAZA TALENT AWARDS BACK GROUND
INTRODUCTION
Bahr el ghazel talent awards is a regional event first ever held in juba, South Sudan. this great legal event is a committed to bringing the youths of greater Bahr el ghazel together through live performance.
The project is introduced to alert the idled individuals with talent who are roaming on the streets practicing street fighting, robbery, with violent, alcohol and drugs abuses, to come on board and discover their talents, practice them and change their lives for better.
A group of experts have made a research and discovered that apart from the above case, most of Bahr el ghazal young talents are unable to show there their talents due to the financial crisis, lack of motivations, fear of being laughed off and etc., and because of that Bahr el ghazal Talent Awards believed to be the breakthrough for them to achieve their dreams.
Music is the therapy of the soul. This is a sponsorship opportunity for our event, BAHR EL GHAZAL TALENT AWARDS 2025-2026
The event features performances and band on the main stage, as well as an artist playing in the concourse. The event will be held at Freedom hall Juba this 2025. Additional stages will be available for next year's event. We intend to make this event a huge success and we are pleased to invite you to be one of the sponsors for our upcoming event. This will be the first year of our event which we plan to expand next year.
MISSION
Through interactions and smiles together, it contributes to trust, happiness and social cohesion. Through the uniquely event, we will focus on promoting peace and unity among the youths of Bahr el Ghazal region.
VISION
BTA intention is to empower the youths to identify, develop and utilize their talents for societal development, our hopes are to have a region were young people are encouraged and are enable to develop and pursue their talents.
OBJECTIVES
To carry out talent survey and search, identify, nurture and envelope talented and gifted Bahr el Ghazal youths.
To provide a platform for Bahr el Ghazal youths to show case their talents and win tokens that can change their lives.
To promote peace, unity and prosperity among the people of South Sudan through cultural exhibitions and performances.
To share and network with the other stakeholders like the media houses, institutions, companies and government bodies about the activities that can maintain coexistence forever peace.
To Mobilize Youths and the citizens both women and men of South Sudan to give another chance for peaceful coexistence.
To use the Music as instrument of peace which is more loved and followed by citizens of South Sudan.
To create unity among the youth together helping them in building confidents of living in brotherhood.
To expose the youth to variety of entitles of different talents.
To provide stepping stones for the future artists in their various fields to start chasing their talents as they approach the world.
To help them market their talents of the youth as they may be recognized by the promoters.
To help the individuals to discover the hidden gifts in them and to motivate them reach for their dreams.
To facilitate capacity building for nurturing and developing Bahr el Ghazal regional youth's talents.
To encourage and support interactions and socializing on cultural, scientific and technological innovations to foster youth talents.
To influence policy and practice stage performances of their talents development and management: this is by creating partnership with the government of South Sudan and well-wishers with similar concerns to join us and make BTA a dream come true.
To encourage and support the Bahr el ghazal youths show case their talents and participate in community service as awareness programs against risk behavior, like violent, alcohol, drug abuse radicalization and HIV/AIDS.

The event is a full-service event management firm based in Award ceremony that was created by pairing together our passion for business and events. We bring a fresh, unique approach to the event management industry as BTA.

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT
As citizens and responsible leaders, our elder brothers and sisters we ought to support and encourage the talented youths to promote peace, unity and prosperity among other youths as there music promotes peace, unity, culture and development in the country. It's our responsibility to join them and support in the ways we can.

The following activities are programmed to take place for the setting of the Event.
Preparation and set-up of event dates and venues.
Mobilization of stake holders and selected artists, event management equipment, invitation of stakeholders, media houses, fans, friends, and institutional representatives.
Publicity and advertisement.
Logistics and transportation.
Security arrangement
Live Music Performances and Entertainment.
PERFORMERS AND FEATURING
In this Award ceremony event, we will have a list of artists, comedians etc. to perform as to spice up the program.
Event planned is programmed and organized by YEH YEH SQUAD MANAGEMENT.
We have planned and executed successful concerts and music festivals across the country.
