When planning a charity gala you must know it might just take you about 18 months. Especially if it's your first.🗓️
The most important thing is to delegate the work. Having someone with good managment skills is key. Than you'll need a planning committee that includes staff and volunteers. They settle on a theme, financial objectives and contractors. Each committee is in charge of their own assignment. And with that a few more people participating in each.📑
So keep in mind, that there will be a lot of people involved and for it run smoothly they have to be capable of taking on the assignment.

This year green is the must neutrual choice. Shades of green are preety, rich and natural. Can't forget that they go with everything. Another colour that we'll be able to see a lot is blue. Blue this year will be the stand out shade. 🥰
