ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Crew, Operations team is responsible for the physical setup and smooth ex*****on of events. This role involves hands-on work with event infrastructure, primarily indoors, and occasional ad-hoc assignments as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Event Setup & Teardown
o Arrange tables, chairs, stages, carpets, and partitions
according to event requirements.
o Ensure all equipment and furniture are safely and neatly
installed.
β’ Logistics Support
o Assist with moving items and handling general event logistics.
o Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support
event operations.
β’ Workplace Standards
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
o Follow safety protocols during setup and movement of
equipment.
Requirements:
β’ Forklift Licence (Compulsory): Valid certification is mandatory
for operating forklifts during event logistics.
β’ Reliability & Punctuality: Strict adherence to scheduled timings
and attendance is essential.
β’ Physical Readiness: Ability to lift, move, and arrange event
furniture and equipment.
β’ Teamwork: Cooperative attitude and willingness to support
colleagues in completing tasks.
β’ Flexibility: Openness to handle varied assignments beyond
core setup duties.
