It aims to create more meaningful gifts and teach kids about generosity and helping others, while simplifying the event planning and gift giving experience for parents. Instead of bringing gifts to a party, guests contribute a gift amount through the Gift-It-Forward website and their contributions are pooled towards a bigger gift that the child desires (like a bike, a scooter or a Lego set!) and a

charity that the child chooses. The website helps to track attendees and makes party planning logistics a breeze! Together, parents and children choose the invitation, the charity to support, and a gift that the child would like to receive. Everyone benefits โ€“ the charity, the child who gets a better gift, the parents who can easily track RSVPs, and the guests who no longer need to shop and wrap gifts!

This is NOT AT ALL in line with our values and how we want to be seen or heard. It makes us really sad and angry that there are such people out there who would target a site that is meant to be doing good.
