I must say - this project was a merry feat of festive bravery for me and my team.

We’re not pastry chefs.
We don’t specialise in cakes. But give us a creative brief, a festive spirit and a client we adore... and we're in. 🎄✨

So when when came sashaying in her perfect ensemble with this playful challenge of a candy cane Bundt cake, we knew we had an opportunity to create something new, really unique and fully customised one-of-a-kind product just meant for her and her special friends.

Is it pastry chef perfect? Maybe not.
Is it bold and full of character? 100%.
Is it chocolatey, minty, Christmas-y delicious? Absolutely. 🍫🌿

Because at Amûse, we’ll always say yes to exploring curiosities, creative challenges, fun ideas and custom moments — because flavour, heart and experience matter most.
