Something must be in the air… because it has been baby girl season at Wood Flower Cottage! 🎀👶🏻🌸
Over the past two months, we seem to have welcomed one baby girl after another. 😂💕
Some gifts came from aunties and uncles. Some from colleagues. Some from friends, an insurance uncle and aunty, and even an association celebrating one of their EXCO members.
The gifts were all different too — flowers in a vase, floral hampers, balloons, toys, goodies for mummy and even a diaper cake.
But the message behind every order was really the same:
“Congratulations. We are so happy for you. And welcome to the world, little one.”
Aunty ML & Uncle B wanted to celebrate with new parents J & N — so we made a soft, cheerful vase of flowers, complete with a “Baby Girl” balloon.
Mummy E’s colleagues sent their congratulations with flowers, a balloon, baby toys and some goodies for mummy too.
Because when a baby arrives, everyone fusses over the little one…
but mummy deserves a little love and care too. 💕
For new parents I & Y, Insurance Uncle J & Aunty S sent their congratulations on the arrival of Baby J.
One of the things we love about our work is seeing how relationships sometimes grow beyond their original roles.
From insurance uncle and aunty…
to people celebrating another beautiful milestone in the family. 🥰
Then an association wanted to congratulate their EXCO member, Dr B, on the arrival of his baby girl.
A basket filled with flowers, treats and a big BABY GIRL balloon — a happy surprise from the whole team. 🌸
And finally, a very different kind of arrangement.
A group of colleagues welcomed W’s baby girl with a diaper cake — tiny shoes, baby essentials and lots of pink. 🎀
No flowers this time, but just as much love went into it.
It’s quite special when you think about it. A new baby may be tiny, but her arrival creates ripples of happiness far beyond just mummy and daddy. 💗
To all the little baby girls we had the privilege of welcoming recently — may you grow up surrounded by the same love and joy that greeted your arrival. 🌸
And now we’re wondering… is October going to be baby boy season? 😂💙
