Meet the newest DIY station on our Indian Bistro buffet menu: crispy mini loaded potato skins, built by you. Choose from sour cream, salsa, turkey bacon bits, sweet corn, sautéed mushrooms, spring onions, and our house sauce. Layer it high, keep it simple, or try one of everything. 🍽️

🔥 Two live stations, one office lunch, and no one going back to their desk quietly.

Our fried mantou station serves crispy golden buns with your pick of condensed milk or chili crab sauce. Sweet or savoury, you decide.

🍽️ Our takoyaki station rounds it out with piping hot takoyaki balls, house-made takoyaki sauce, a swirl of mayo, and a generous scatter of bonito flakes that dance in the heat.

Both cooked fresh in front of your team, one plate at a time.

🥥 Steam rises, gula melaka melts, and the smell of pandan finds every corner of the room.

Our Putu Piring live station is a slow, satisfying kind of magic. Rice flour pressed into the mould, steamed fresh, and tipped onto a pandan leaf with a generous scatter of grated coconut. Bite into it while it's still warm and the gula melaka spills through, dark and sweet. 🍃

Made one small mould at a time. The kind of nostalgia guests didn't know they were missing.

We fed a recent corporate event with mini churros, mochi, fried wonton in chili crab sauce, takoyaki, hot beverages, and a live bubble tea bar, all running side by side while the queue kept moving. 🍽️

Our croffles live station is a small, fragrant kind of magic. Croissant pressed in a waffle iron until the layers crisp, then topped with ham and a handful of cheese that gets flambéed live right in front of you. 🔥

First bite is crusty and nutty on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle. The kind of thing guests queue up twice for.
